Samantha Wright is the Chief Operating Officer at Bearing Tree, where she focuses on building systems that help mission-driven teams do their best work.
Prior to joining Bearing Tree, Samantha worked with nonprofit organizations to create sustainable processes and implement metrics-driven decision-making. She’s known for bringing clarity to complexity and turning big ideas into executable plans.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Utah State University - Go Aggies!
She lives in the Little Italy neighborhood of Chicago and loves exploring the city with her husband, son, sister, and two dogs.
Fun fact - each December, she puts her operational skills to the test by baking over 1,000 cookies and coordinating the shipment of 50+ holiday cookie boxes - a tradition that has become both a family favorite and her most joyful logistics challenge.
