Cinda Pensabene

Cinda Pensabene is the Human Resources Manager at Bearing Tree, with over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and is a certified SHRM-CP.
Cinda was part of the original team that launched Bearing Tree as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and continues to bring deep knowledge and steady leadership to the organization.
Outside of work, Cinda and her husband own and operate a long-standing Italian restaurant in Sherman, Illinois. She enjoys spending time with her grandson, Gio, and traveling with her husband to visit their adult children in Texas and California.
