Ava is the Operations and Board Manager at Bearing Tree.
After obtaining her Master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University, Ava moved to Chicago to work in Association Management where she supported a medical association’s Board of Directors, engaged with membership activities, and participated in organizing content for conferences.
Prior to joining Bearing Tree in 2022, Ava worked for a large technology user’s group where she managed educational roadshows and large conferences across the country, both in-person and virtually.
Ava lives in Chicago with her husband and their two cats, Pepper the Himalayan and Tucker the Scottish Fold. On weekends you can find her reading, spending time with family, or at the nearest antique store.
