Amberlee Burrows is the Development and Salesforce Director at Bearing Tree, where she helps manage development operations for nonprofits to help build efficient, compliant, and structured processes to support long-term donor relationships. Working to manage caging, donor research, and Salesforce the team allows partners to focus on meaningful donor engagement and mission impact.
Prior to joining Bearing Tree, Amberlee worked across several nonprofit organizations in development and marketing roles. Her experience includes building and managing fundraising systems, overseeing donor data and research, and strengthening operational practices that support sustainable. relationship-driven fundraising.
Amberlee graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Economics, with a track in Environmental Policy. She currently lives in Chicago with her dog, Charlie.
